Today’s niche is something each of us needs from time to time.

You don’t want to be romantic only on Valentine’s day: keep your dearest relationship alive by going on planned romantic getaways.

There are lots of searches for this niche: great for niche marketers!

You can get lots of information by requesting getaway catalogs from travel agencies. As a matter of fact, you’ll want to connect/get affiliated with some travel agencies, as they would provide you with romantic packages, and plane tickets for your romantic getaways.

Also, find a couple travel/honeymoon forums , and get involved, as much as possible in those forums. You’ll learn a lot about the best places to go, eat, etc.  for your romantic getaway.

Amazingly enough, Amazon.com has something for this niche as well. They have many romantic getaway books which would be great for you to buy, so you can get information about those specific places. You can then review those books on your site as well.

CJ.com has Sandals.com & CheapCaribbean.com. CJ also has Expedia.com, and other travel related programs. Shareasale.com has some travel programs as well: search and find one that you like  You can also go to Google and search for “romantic getaway” + “affiliate program” and you may find some merchants that offer their affiliate program in house.

Monetization Suggestions

AdSense has good payouts in this niche, so you can definitely go ahead and so a review type site with AdSense ads on it.  But, I would definitely include affiliate offers, as they have very good payouts.

You can also get creative with this niche, and research Bed & Breakfasts  for example, and get some private deals with them. Lots of opportunities!

Not sure why I thought of this niche: maybe because we just bought tickets to go to Jamaica, and I automatically thought of   nice beach bodies. But of course, not everyone is blessed with a skinny, perfectly shaped body, and  these body shapers come in handy sometimes.

I am not really sure you need resources for this niche. You may want to follow the news from  manufacturers to see what’s coming up new and hot. You should set up a Google Alert for each of your keywords to give you a starting point for your content.

But, in this market I think your best content will be stories about feeling good about yourself. Think about the market  and try to see why they want/need to wear these body shapers, and address that.

Amazon.com has body shaper for women, kymaro body shaper, body shaper for men (these look funny/weird: sorry guys!), body shaper slimmer and more.

This niche goes very well together with the weight loss niche, so you can create a site catering to both. Or, you an add this to one of your exisrting sites in that niche.

Of course, you can also just cater to the subniche, which has an audience that doesn’t seem to worry too much about the recession. You can use AdSense in conjunction with other monetization models.

People in this niche are usually very self conscious so you can also include content about self improvement. Building a list in this niche should help a lot.

This time your resources will be different for the different calendar types.  For example  if you decided to get into the pregnancy calendar niche, you’d need to go to mom/pregnancy forums: I am pretty sure that would suffice, as these forums are really hopping with woman asking questions annd sharing.

If you were going to get into the calendar maker/creator niches, you’d need to find some software developers.

Of course, Amazon.com has most imaginable calendars: pregnancy calendar , 2010 wall calendars for women, calendars for teens, desk calendars, funny calendars and more.

Get into the specific niches, and create free templates to build a list. Once you have that list, it’s so easy to monetize this niche! Let’s take the pregnancy calendars again: if you offer a free printable calendar for this audience, and build a list, just think of all the possibilities for affiliate offers: maternity clothing, vitamins, how to books/ebooks, and as your list ages, you can move them to a baby list, and stat over with your offers: baby cribs, baby bedding, baby strollers, etc. I think you get the message.

AdSense payouts are also pretty good on this niche, and you can apply some of the above ideas: give away free calendar page, templates, etc. and add your AdSense code, as well as links to offers that match your target market.
